Account & access

  • How do I add an inbox? Open your portal dashboard and choose Add Gmail account. You’ll be guided through Google’s OAuth flow and asked to grant read-only access.
  • Can I use Google SSO? Yes. Sign in with the phone number tied to your Google account; we use Firebase phone auth plus OAuth to keep everything secure.
  • I’m not receiving the verification code. Toggle airplane mode or request a new code. Still stuck? Email support@invara.ai.

Privacy & data

  • Do you store my emails? We store only the metadata needed to generate summaries and never retain full message bodies. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Can I delete my data? Yes. Clear accounts from the portal or email privacy@invara.ai for a full deletion.
  • Is my OpenAI key required? Only if you want custom models. We provide a managed key by default.

Integrations & troubleshooting

  • Does Invara work with Outlook or Slack? Gmail is live today. Outlook, Slack, and Teams digests are available on Essential plans and higher.
  • Why aren’t summaries sending? Check your quiet-hour settings and make sure the inbox is linked with a valid refresh token. Re-authenticate if needed.
  • How do I escalate an urgent issue? Email support@invara.ai or send “URGENT” via SMS to your Invara thread.
